In September 2025, City Hotel Rembrandt Square Amsterdam will reopen its doors after a full renovation. With more than 100 years of history in the heart of Amsterdam, our boutique hotel combines heritage with modern luxury. We are looking for enthusiastic Front Desk Agents to join our team and be part of this new chapter!

There is not a second chance for a first impression – and as our Front Desk Agent you will be the one providing a warm welcome and ensure everything runs smoothly from check-in to check-out. Your professionalism, attention to detail and a smile will create a memorable stay.

Responsibilities

  • Check-ins and check-outs
  • Handling phone and email inquiries
  • Helping guests during their stay
  • Processing reservations
  • Handling payments

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
  • Previous hospitality experience is welcomed but not a must
  • Friendly, professional and service-oriented personality
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • You live in Amsterdam or nearby

As a Host/Hostess, you are the face of our hotel. By greeting every guest with warmth and professionalism, you set the tone for their experience with us.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and assisting guests during their stay
  • Check-ins and check-outs
  • Handling guest inquiries via phone or email
  • Processing reservations and handling payments

What we're looking for

  • Friendly, professional and service-oriented personality
  • Hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage but not required
  • Strong communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • You live in Amsterdam or nearby

  • Managing late check-ins and early check-outs
  • Handling inquiries by phone and email
  • Processing reservations and payments

What we're looking for

  • Professional, positive and reliable personality

As a Night Host/Hostess, you are the welcoming face for late arrivals and the reliable contact person throughout the night. You ensure smooth guest service, assist with check-ins, and maintain a calm, professional environment until morning.

  • Handling reservations and payments
