The historic Canal Ring is one of Amsterdam's most iconic landmarks and can be explored on foot directly from the hotel. Wander through centuries-old streets, admire traditional canal houses and discover the city's rich history.

The Begijnhof

Amsterdamse Bos

A large urban forest offering walking trails, cycling routes and opportunities to experience local wildlife.

Travel time: Approximately 35–40 minutes by public transport.
Accessibility: Accessible via public transport with paved and natural walking paths.

The best way to experience Amsterdam is by using environmentally friendly transport.

  • Rent a bicycle and follow local cycling rules.
  • Use Amsterdam's excellent tram and metro network.
  • Bring a reusable water bottle—tap water in the Netherlands is safe to drink.
  • Choose locally owned restaurants and cafés serving seasonal ingredients.
